Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to join our innovation team. This position is ideal for experienced data modeling and AI professionals with advanced skills in Python and expertise in generative AI techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exploring, developing, and deploying generative AI models, leveraging deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to create innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and train generative AI models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Design and implement generative content flows using tools like LangChain and Prompt Engineering to optimize language models.
- Apply NLP techniques with current models, including transformers like GPT, BERT, and T5, for tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Conduct experiments to refine models by tuning hyperparameters and optimizing neural network architectures.
- Utilize experiment tracking tools like MLflow, DVC, and Weights & Biases to monitor the full model lifecycle.
- Analyze and process large datasets to create robust data sets suited to generative models.
- Stay updated with recent research and advances in generative AI and NLP for practical applications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing generative AI models, particularly in NLP and computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and familiarity with transformer architectures, including GPT, BERT, T5, and Stable Diffusion.
- Knowledge of frameworks for language workflows and LLM integrations, such as LangChain and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Skilled in data manipulation and preprocessing, including cleaning, normalization, and exploratory analysis.
- Experience with version control (Git) and machine learning pipeline integration.
- Advanced English proficiency, required for both written and verbal communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MLOps for model deployment and monitoring in production, with tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Airflow.
- Experience with generative AI frameworks for multimedia content generation, like DALL-E, Midjourney, and Stable Diffusion.
- Publications or conference participation in generative AI, deep learning, or NLP.
- Familiarity with Big Data tools and distributed storage solutions (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
